The Legacy of Joe Jarzynka- 45 year old Joe Jarzynka was found dead Sunday morning along the Sol Duc River in the Olympic Peninsula from an apparent fishing accident. A walk on from 95-98, the 5-foot-7, 175-pound Jarzynka was a “fearless man on special teams’’ who “refuses to fair catch any punt.’’ In 1998 he was a first team All-Pac-10 selection as an all-purpose player, not just for his return abilities but also for his kicking.

We have gone from Wait and See last year to Can’t Wait to See this year. -What are you dying to see out there at practice this Spring?

One of the great challenges is how to evaluate success on one side of the ball without denigrating the progress on the other side.  If the offense looks good, the defense looks bad.  How do you land in the right spot on Spring Practice evaluation.

Warren Mainard (the Dawg) and Mark Schmor (the Duck) look ahead to the upcoming season as both teams carry high expectations into 2023. The guys discuss the biggest challenges, opportunities, and questions each teams face as well as offering their best and worst case scenarios.

Warren (the Dawg) and Mark (the Duck) break down the way that both teams rosters are being transformed over the offseason.  We breakdown each team’s key losses (graduates and transfer portal) and key additions (recruiting class and transfer portal).  Both teams have some very exciting returnees who are contributing to a high level of enthusiasm for next future.  Warren and Mark also look at the NFL Playoffs, discussing the AFC and NFC Championship games this weekend.

After an unexpectedly long break, Warren (the Dawg) and Mark (the Duck) are back to talk about the Washington and Oregon football season.
