Founded in 2017 by Tina Whitlow and her partner Chef Shawn Lightfoot, The Whitlow Foundation is a public charity headquartered in Washington, DC. The Foundation’s mission is to create opportunities to inspire ENTREPRENEURSHIP, MENTORING and SUPPORT and to enable youth, young adults, and adults to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education.
