WANT WILLEM II TILBURG, KEERT ALTIJD TERUG! ❤️🤍💙 Didillon-Hodl schiet met zijn penalty Willem II terug naar de eredivisie. Kippenvel moment, dus daar moest een edit van komen! Op veler verzoek nu ook online te vinden! Wat een bizar seizoen was dit. Veel blessures, klassiek Tilburgs zeiken en de ups & downs op het veld. Alles toewerkend naar die ene apotheose; WE ZIJN TERUG IN DE EREDIVISIE! Maar ook buiten het veld veel bijzondere momenten, zoals de ‘Samen I’-campagne (waar ik de voice over voor heb mogen inspreken), de prachtige doeken van Tilburg Tifosi en de heerlijke awaydays. Bij terugkomst uit Volendam mocht ik het fanplein -met het team- van muziek voorzien, jongensdroom om hier te staan. En ook tijdens de huldiging op de Heuvel mocht ik draaien. Daar moesten dus wat edits van komen met dit (nu al) legendarische fragment. 🔥

GIMLI - Live @ Amsterdam Dance Event 2023

This is gonna so corny, but here we go: this was one of the most fun shows I've ever did. Playing Amsterdam Dance Event for the first time with this new GIMLI alias, even with my own House of GIMLI hosting, with a huge squad from hometown Tilburg in front of me and the fabulous people of Club Nyx. No crowd of thousands, just a small dark sweaty room full of ravers. Also a big big shoutout to DEBAR, 3kus and Fedya Hella for playing joining and playing huge sets! Here's the recording of the set I played there. Not the neatest mixes and you'll completely miss the vibe of that room on that specific day. Welcome To The House Of Gimli

House music makes you feel good, gives you energy and is made for dancing. It awakens the urge to make you move, it starts a fire inside. The name Gimli is derived from the old Norse word Gimm, meaning fire. And that’s exactly what he’s bringing to the dancefloor; hot disco, fiery feelgood house and steamy grooves.. 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐆𝐈𝐌𝐋𝐈 In this first mixtape you’ll enter my world of Gimli, where I’ll show you a selection of my favourite tunes to play during sets. Starting of with positive and feelgood gospel and disco, moving up the tempo to energetic house and breaky techno and finishing of with trancey tunes and hyperpop-ish bangers. Gimli has a wide experience on stage as he played more than 500 shows in his 10+ years as a DJ. He played at festivals like We Are Electric, Amsterdam Dance Event, Draaimolen, Into The Woods, Solar Weekend and Sziget and in venues like 013, Effenaar and ZiggoDome. Furthermore he’s a Disco Snolly resident, booker at Club Smederij and plays all kind of different music under his aliases ‘De Manager’ and ‘Het Hiphop Journaal’. My first Disco Snolly live recording reached an amazing 10k streams! It's a real honor that you guys like it that much, so I wanted to thank each and everyone of you for this milestone!
