Dear Diary Keep Out is such a great, simple and creative premise. It's funny, the hosts are engaging, and it's a fascinating look back into the awkward times from younger days. Beyond that, it often explores the issues in context to the things discussed from the diary. It's endearing and genuine. Give them a listen and subscribe now!

Listening to Lauren sharing her personal stories from her youth is like a glimpse into my own struggles as a young girl - discovering who I was, hating boys in my class and people that made fun of me, and just the overall awkwardness of going through puberty. Hearing how her life has changed since these times, and reflecting with her husband on some of her more ridiculous writings is such a refreshing listen. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

As an American, I feel like after listening to this podcast, I understand what being a teenage girl in England than I do my own. Lauren and Sean have great chemistry together and it is easy to tell once you listen to this. They may poke fun at the absurdity of the thoughts of an angsty teenage girl, but it is out of love. My first episode was was Chubeular Bells, where she talks about the rainy last day of school saying goodbye to her friends. It is bittersweet, funny (mostly because of Sean's comments), but ultimately it is just wholesome. But perhaps the biggest takeaway of this episode is the music genre of happy hardcore. Now I'm curious to listen to Scooter and try to uncover the elusive country origins. Please check these guys out!
