    Emotions are like tribbles…

    Surprise! I decided to upload the first episode early but this won’t be the norm and to go ahead and answer your next question, yes there will be a new episode on Wednesday as well! In this episode I talk about being lost lately with my emotions and how I’ve started to view them like any other physical reaction in my body. It doesn’t mean they aren’t important, but how I react to those emotions is. Thank you again for listening!
