    Listen as we talk through the science of weight loss and massive transformation - body, mind, spirit - based on neuroscience. This is not a diet episode, I repeat this IS NOT a diet episode. This is for anyone who needs help climbing out of the hole they are in! Chris is a professional in personal training, nutrition, and true top to bottom transformation. Toward the end I open up about current and old troubles and Chris walks me through it (in real time) and explains what’s actually behind it scientifically. Transformation has SO MANY layers, and this is an episode I will be listening to over and over again! ENJOY!

It isn't easy becoming an adult, a mom, and a wife, when you were never shown how. So how do we figure it out? Can we still find joy and happiness, can we still transform?     Kelly Lemon on overcoming life altering trauma and learning to live body paralyzation.

    You knew this one was coming, didn't you? Kelly Lemon, a woman that inspires me beyond words. Her story is traumatizing, but also incredibly profound. A true tale of what can happen, if you have a strong desire to live and succeed, even when life hands you a lemon (pun intended!). My heart breaks, but my soul catches fire, every time I hear a piece of this story. This time she shares a bit more about what she really went through those first few years as a young girl, dealing with a sudden paralyzation of 25% of her body. Things I didn't even know, and she's one of my very best friends! The ups, the downs, and how she was able to rise above and actually embrace her new life, despite its unique challenges. There are so many layers to her story that I'll have to have her back on to dive into those parts, but for now I'll leave you with this. Enjoy!

    Rev on homelessness, substance and sexual abuse, fear, and faith.

    This one is heavy. We hit on some pretty real topics from someone who has experienced them firsthand. We talk through leaving home at a young age, homelessness, addiction, questioning sexuality post rape, death, love, fear, hope, and faith. This man is real, he's honest, and through all the heaviness that is his journey he still manages to laugh, to connect, and to tell his story. Thank you, Rev, for your open heart and your honesty. I know there's someone out there that needs to hear what you've shared today. You can find Rev in Mesa, Arizona working with our homeless community to give them support, hope, and ultimately a new look on life. Thank you for your dedication and hard work, Rev!

    This has been a long time coming, and I couldn't be more excited to have you listening! This project has been a long time coming, and I've poured my heart and soul into it.
