    Love #4: managing unproductivity

    Being/feeling unproductive feels horrible when there’s so much work to do but it happens to even the best of us. A couple of ways I deal with it include 1. It’s okay to feel uproductive 2. Appreciate the little things I have the energy to do 3. Forgive and take it easy on yourself 4. Enjoy your existence 5. Move your body 6. Be aware of your mind. I’m not certified so all I’m saying is all I’ve done and currently do to help myself. I love you ❤️

    Love #3 : showing self-love through self-care

    It’s so easy to show love to other people than to ourselves because even in this self conceited world, we often overlook ourselves. A couple of ways to show love to yourself I discussed are 1. Taking time for yourself 2.Do things you enjoy by yourself 3.figure out your love language and talk to yourself with it 4.Show up for yourself 5.Focus on the positives 6.Be grateful 7.let go of things that do not serve you anymore.
