I took Professor Marsh's class a couple of years ago and I would highly recommend this podcast. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter, and presents the material in a fun and engaging manner. While her own perspective is usually clear, she always makes sure to give the listener all the background information they need to draw their own conclusions.

Even though I have a love-hate relationship with the law and being a lawyer (long story) I've been able to enjoy listing to this posdcast, even when I'm at work. Check it out!
