Rachel walks us through the frantic spree killings of Ronald Gene Simmons, the hillbilly from hell who murdered 16 people in Arkansas and never wiped his a**. Shay recounts the despairing saga of child-killer Michele Dee Gates and her torrent of malediction that tore Portland, Oregon apart.
