S01E11: Startups, Fashion, and Business as Play with Nataliya.ai

The year 2020 posed many questions about the best ways to do business. Many companies shut down, either because they could no longer survive or because they catered to the first world needs that, during the turbulence of such magnitude, fell by the wayside; others had to pivot; all of them had to take a long and hard look at their business models, their offering, and what they stand for. S01E10: How to Read Your Human Design Chart?

So, you got your Human Design chart, now what? HD's popularity is growing, and more and more people are reaching out to the community in HD Facebook groups when they first get their charts and a "What can you tell me?" question. In this episode, I wanted to give a framework to everyone who is seeing their Human Design chart for the first time and is struggling to make sense of it. This is a framework that I use when analyzing the chart for the most top-level analysis: type, strategy, and authority, profile and incarnation cross, open/undefined and defined centers. If you are new to HD, take this framework, look up and understand each of the above, and you will be well on your way. S01E09: What It's Like to Be a Reflector in Human Design?

Reflectors are one of five Human Design types characterized by a completely open or undefined chart, meaning that all nine of the centers on their chart are white. It is also the rarest type—only 1% of the population carries the Reflector design. Reflectors are the mirrors of their environments, relationships, and the world as a whole with a profound connection to the cosmic dynamic. In this episode, I had the honor to interview Holger Oswald, a Reflector who lived all over the world and discovered himself through a multitude of work roles. We go deep on the lessons of openness, Reflector misconceptions, the sampling and Teflon qualities of the Reflector aura, the difference between empathy and mirroring, and much more. S01E08: Open Sacral and Root Centers in Human Design Chart

Sacral and Root are the two squares at the bottom center of your Human Design chart. The Sacral center is the main motor, the generator of the life force energy that creates the world; if you have the Sacral center defined (it would be colored in), you are a Generator HD type. The Root is one of the two pressure centers in Human Design; it represents the pressure to evolve and adapt, the source of adrenaline, and the controller of stress. All non-energy types (Reflectors, Projectors, and Manifestors) will have their Sacral center undefined (white) and may have an undefined or defined Root. In this episode, I share my experience of living with both of these centers undefined or open. I will talk about learning to handle stress and pressure, work attitude transformation, how I am learning to rest without stressing, and more. G center in Human Design is responsible for the sense of love and direction. It is also the primary source of all the energy that circulates through the chart. In this episode, I share my experience of living with an undefined G center (I have a single hanging gate coming of off my G: gate 10), the pitfalls and wisdom of an open G, as well as specific details on each of the gates and how they affect the way one processes incoming information.
