Set in a world where everything's been stuck in a loop, Greg Stevenson discovers that there might be more to life than boarding a train, going to school, returning home, and eating dinner. And maybe there's been a secret the government has been hiding this entire time. Maybe "Loop City" isn't as joyful as we hoped.
