A podcast to expand your heart!

What a wonderful and important podcast Mandy has put together. I cried a bit, but smiled a whole lot more, as I listened to the stories.

Through Mandy’s tragedy, she is creating a survival guide for others. I will tune in to every episode to expand my own heart as I learn about the greatness which lies in every, ordinary life. Blessings to you Mandy!!!

Mandy gets it

Full disclosure: I met Mandy in Bozeman last summer during the 1 Fit Widow Adventure. But that doesn’t matter here, because I would be an avid listener even if I hadn’t. Her first episode was funny, sad, inspiring, thoughtful. As a fellow widow, I feel where she’s coming from, but anyone dealing with grief will too. I look forward to her interviews, but also just listening to her take on things. 💗
