    Intentional Living & Adventure (w/ Andy Way)

    Andy’s quest to live well was ignited when he witnessed his son’s struggles to do the same. Over the years, Andy has created a model which served him and others on their journeys.     This wonderful conversation featured a few themes, the main one of which is reciprocal opening, or an attitude of always expanding horizons and exploring new experiential territory instead of focusing narrowly on pleasure and its causes. Alex shared his story of addiction, recovery, and discovery.
