رنج و رهایی ؛ همسایگان دیرین سلام بر دل های زخمی،سلام بر جان های بیقرار . در این سفر گام به گام پیش میریم و امروز پرده از یکی از بزرگ‌ترین معماهای بشریت برمیداریم:رنج.این یار دیرینه ی انسان ،این سایه ی همیشگی بر جان و روح. بارها از خودت پرسیدی: “چرا اینگونه رنج میکشم؟” رنج نه تنها یک اتفاق ٫که یک دعوتِ. دعوتی از سوی روح برای بیداری،برای دیدن آنچه ندیده ایم. ذهن٫با چسبیده به گذشته یا نگرانی از آینده،رنج را تغذیه میکنه. ایگو با هویت گرفتن از درد و زخم ها،آن را زنده نگه میدارد . “من رنج کشیده ام،پس هستم.” این دروغ بزرگ دهن است. اما رنج حقیقی ،نه بیرونی ٫که در مقاومت ما در برابر آن اتفاقات نهفته است. باران میبارد،زمین خیس میشود .این یک واقعیت است. رنج زمانی آغاز میشود که ما نمیخوایم باران ببارد٫یا نمیخواهیم زمین خیس شود. پذیرش کلید رهایی است . نه پذیرش به عنوان بی عملی٫ بلکه به معنای رها کردن مقاومت در برابر آنچه که هست.
