Thanks for making this podcast although i do wish i would have started listening to this podcast when i was younger i realized that the past is the past and all we can do is change the future not the past. This podcast has taught me a lot about basketball and being a leader.

As a former varsity athlete at the University of Michigan, I’ve been a high performer and continue to be lifetime learner of what high performance is and how to nurture it. It’s refreshing to listen to and see another young fella be entrenched in this area. Rock on!
