Brian shares about the aftermath of his girlfriend's abortion; the breakup, secrecy, alcohol abuse, and relationship problems. Then at church, he heard the Gospel and committed his life to Jesus. Brian's retreat is coming up, but he wanted to share about his life growing up, the wrong choices, and how his girlfriend from years ago had an abortion. This led to a deep sense of shame and guilt that he's just begun to work through.

Tamika's first abortion led to drinking, bad choices of men, and a terrible self-image. Eventually, as is common, more pregnancies occurred, and then another abortion- until Tamika started to seek God, and her life began to turn around.

Tamika shares about her traumatic childhood, shuffled from house to house, suffering abuse and abandonment. Eventually, her unstable childhood led to sex outside of marriage and pregnancy. Her mother compelled her to have an abortion.

Lisa and her friend Jill talk about compounded grief, anniversary reactions, and replacement baby. These are all common reactions from women after an abortion.
