    #26 Why You Don't Need to Meditate…Yet

    Meditation is hugely beneficial and the evidence undeniable. Ideally we would all be meditating each day… the trouble is most of us don’t. I have spent a good part of a decade researching and testing ways to achieve similar benefits to meditating, without actually having to sit down for 20 minutes to get started. I was consistently hearing clients say they had 'tried' meditating but it was just "too hard" and almost always ended in feeling frustrated with how distracted they were.
