Defamed looks into the precarious world of conspiracy theories and how they interact with the First Amendment. Using the Sandy Hook conspiracy defamation cases as a case study, Defamed looks to find out if the cases do what they need to do. The Sandy Hook parents won their case, but was it really a success? It didn't tackle the conspiracy or stem the flow of the vicious cyber mobs, leaving us to wonder what needs to come next.
