This podcast is all over the place. It reflects my mind and life. I just want to record myself and my thoughts. I want to have some kind of creative outlet. I am not sure if anyone would listen to anything I publish but if you stumble upon it I hope it helps you feel less alone in your journey, less of a failure, and hopefully it encourages you to seek help for yourself whatever form it may be as long as it is healthy.

It reflects how we converse because we just hoped on and recorded ourselves for funsies at 1am one random evening. I hope to remake this one in the future but in a more structured and in-depth way.
