DEI is: Navigating Resistance to Change & Conflict w/ Katie McLaughlin

It’s often said that “the only constant is change”, but it might be accurate to add “. . . and resistance to change.” For all the attention that DEI and Social Justice, Organizational Justice, and even Economic Justice have garnered in recent years, it’s the resistance to change that has taken center stage. Why is that and what can we do about it? Join host Enrico E. Manalo and special guest, Katie McLaughlin, Founder, Chief Strategist & Transformation Artist at McLaughlin Method as we drill down to what YOU can do about resistance to DEI efforts and the conflict that can come with that resistance in YOUR organization! *** ➡️Not yet part of the DiVerity Network? For the answer to that question and more, stay tuned! We’ll be talking about moving beyond the performative/virtue-signaling that so often happens with organizational DEI efforts, but also about accountability—not only for our clients, but for us as DEI professionals as well!  📜Transcript - bit.ly/DEIisTranscriptEp9   ***   Not yet part of the DiVerity Network?    ❤️DiVerity PBC Links - https://linktr.ee/diverity  ❤️Join DiVerity (consultants) - bit.ly/JoinDiVerity  ❤️Join the DiVerity beta (organizations) - https://bit.ly/DiVerityBeta   And, if you missed our last podcast, you can catch the replay here:   🎧bit.ly/DEIisAudioEp8   📺bit.ly/DEIisVideoEp8   LINKS: 🦁Brave Trainings, LLC - BraveTrainings.com 👩‍🎤Tara Robertson Consulting Inc. - TaraRobertson.ca
