50. How to Let Go of Old Stories that No Longer Serve You
We tell ourselves stories all day long. Most of these stories are on repeat. Some old stories that we tell ourselves are no longer useful (maybe they never were!). This episode is all about how to let go of the stories that no longer serve you and how to "live into" a new, more nourishing story.

49. Ready for fear to stop holding you back? Letting Grace, Possibility, and Hope Flow
Does fear hold you back from loving deeply and living freely? This episode is for you. As I approach 50, I have been working with fear and letting Grace introduce me to the Possibility and Hope already abundantly flowing - I just have to tap into it. In this episode, I share one of my biggest fears that has held me back for decades and then how I am showing up for my life in new ways. To make this more concrete and not some pie in the sky, I am sharing five really soulful ways that I am connecting with Grace and allowing Possibility and Hope to blossom so you, too, can stop letting fear hold you back from living a life you deeply love - without regret and WITH a whole bunch of delight and love.

48. Choosing What Makes You Feel Alive
I'm back! I still have a touch of laryngitis but I so wanted to share this with you! Recently I took my kiddos to Colorado to ski during spring break. I started to feel sick when I got home. In this episode, I share a story of being in CO and feeling so alive and how that made me realize that aliveness was missing in my life. Maybe that aliveness is missing in your own life. I share simple ways to get back to living by choosing what makes you feel alive.

Customer Reviews
I’m Delighted!
I’m delighted to write this review. See how I did that…delight is all around us and at times it may be overshadowed by our own worse critic…ourselves. I’m one of the lucky ones that gets to work with Lisa as my coach. I found her one evening when I was searching for ways to love myself while still meeting other people’s needs. I was mistaken in my approach and didn’t know this until Lisa helped me to have self compassion. I learned very quickly what self compassion meant, what I had a hard time doing was practicing it. Now, as a result of this podcast, Lisa can accompany me anytime I want. I see her face/podcast across my Apple play every time I enter my car and it is an instant reminder to take a deep breath, smile, and settle into myself.
If you haven’t listened yet, please consider doing so. Her messages often make you think. Her thoughts and sentiments, while not in your face, gently guide and lead you to consider other ways to self love and therefore love others.
Thank you Lisa for all the ways you gift compassion and delight to all those that are aware of you.
Sound advice
I like to listen to Lisa’s podcast when I’m driving for an hour or so by myself. She is interesting. She gently gives her perspective. She bases her work in scientifically derived evidence. I know I will learn from her. I know there is a higher power and we are in agreement on this. I’m comfortable considering to her advice because I know she respects the divine in our lives, whoever/whatever that is. I trust her to give sound advice on issues I struggle with.
In today’s podcast Lisa discussed setting boundaries. It’s so helpful to know how to do that. It’s not an intuitive thing, some of us have habits engrained that we always put ourselves last. Knowing how to set boundaries in a way that is consistent and respectful to others is heartwarming and empowering to me. Thanks Lisa for all of your work, for opening up to us, and making a difference in my life.
Lisa is Delightful!
