Denny's Studio is my place to talk to folks like myself who are ordinary people doing ordinary things with common problems and doable solutions. I see the stress and anxiety that it seems a majority of people suffer under, including myself. I want to have conversations with guests with which you, the listeners, can identify and find comfort and solutions for your own lives. Then continue the conversations within your circles and pay it forward. I don't want to talk about celebs, the uber rich, or ultra spiritual. I want to talk to and about regular folks so we can crowd-source inspiration and support to keep our sanity and live happier lives. Sometimes, it's meal planning, going to bed early or letting go of a bad friend. It's forgiving yourself for not meeting your own impossible standards, and understanding that you are worthy. Always.
