What drew me in was the chance to hear discussion about UX. What’s caused me to (sometimes) give up in frustration is either the sound quality (static noise combined with tin-can audio) or the rambling (or both). Episode 1 was painfully unfocused and random. I was interested to know about the similarities between Journalism and UX - a topic only covered for ~15 minutes (of an hour long interview). I couldn’t last past the 30 minute mark. Episode 3 was a bit more focused but the audio is still poor. The story behind 18F and the method cards was very informative. However, I had to really focus to hear. It’s not a podcast easily listened to while driving. Felt like the one-hour and 10 minutes could have been edited down into a 30-minute digestible story.
