    What is love? Where did it come from? Did we create it or has it always been here before us? The one thing we know is we were made for it while being one of our greatest fears to choose. What if our beliefs about love are outdated and are defined by the pain, trauma, and failed relationships we've experienced? What if Love saw what we believe about it only for Love to reply, "that is not me"?

Our hearts stay open to seeing the heart of life surrounding us with a longing to discover and taste. What would it look like to choose from joy, instead of results, delight instead of duty, and intimacy instead of preference?

    Rest [I Am Sustained]

    How possible and abundant could life be when we choose to live from already being loved? When our worth is already determined and anchored, we can explore, wonder, and dream from enjoyment instead of labor. Seeing ourselves as lovable shifts our lens from condemnation to celebration, which gives us the freedom to see others as they are instead of projects we have to work to love.

    How can we be great givers without first being great receivers? We fixate all of our worthiness on our ability to love when our worth is truly found in being loved. There's the infamous quote, "We cannot give what we don't have", but what if we cannot give who we don't have? If we're lacking the love we so desperately want to give, who do we receive it from?

    Heart of Stone

    Imagine being birthed into a world where who you are is already decided for you by people who don't know who they are. We become so conditioned and programmed by the pain and lack of love surrounding us, that we become pain-driven instead of moved by love. Living behind walls and barriers while still trying to see into the world, we create a hardened heart blinded by our own experience that frames everyone else according to what is or has happened to us.

    Sedated

    "Who do you say you are?" We can live an entire lifetime as the product of everyone's opinion and judgement instead of our own. What a foreign experience it can be to see your own reflection as though it belongs to someone or something else. When our identity is rooted in a lie and not the truth of who and who's we are, sedation becomes our life to numb the unrest we hide from.
