    In this episode Michelle and I talk about how our life directions evolve and we sometimes feel we are on a different path, but when the *pull* comes, no matter the fear, we can always follow our own GPS.     Authenticity: It's time to reclaim it.

Authenticity involves self-awareness, vulnerability, and aligning your actions with your values.     Values and Beliefs Unmasked

    In this episode I talk about the differences between personal values and beliefs. They both play essential roles in shaping who we are, but they have their unique characteristics. And it is sometimes confused as to which is which. Differentiating personal values from beliefs allows us to engage in self-reflection and introspection. It encourages us to question our assumptions, examine the origins of our beliefs, and align them with our core values.     Navigating Big Life Changes with Courage and Resilience

    Changes in our life can be exciting, challenging, or difficult, and often involve adjusting to new circumstances and learning new skills or behaviours. While big life changes can be stressful, they can also offer opportunities for personal growth and development. But what I find is, most of us get stuck and we don't know how to navigate our ways through these changes. In this episode I cover what Big Life Changes can be and ways in which we can navigate through these changes. I also talk about the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. WHY? Because our conscious mind is open to change. BUT our unconscious mind…does not like change at all.
