Listen and reflect
This show has consistently bad audio quality, but if you can get past that...
I've never fancied myself the "self-improvement" type, and my stomach turns at some of the hippy-dippy language, but when I open my mind to new and different ideas in Designing Yourself I always learn something valuable and consider myself from a different point of view.
If you think you're not the type to enjoy this kind of content, give it a real try, you might enjoy it.
