    Start Inviting Sex, Not Just Accommodating It

    Most women were taught that wetness means they’re ready for sex. But lubrication is only the first layer of arousal. And truly not enough to sustain pleasurable sex. In this episode, I explain the difference between accommodating sex and truly inviting it. When sex begins as soon as wetness appears, the body never learns to build deeper arousal states like vaginal tenting, expansion, and full nervous system readiness. Over time, the body adapts. It prepares just enough and stops expecting more. This is why many women believe they have low libido or low interest in sex… when what’s actually missing is supported arousal. I'm covering the difference between wetness and full arousal, why premature initiation trains the body to do less each time, and how deeper arousal increases the likelihood of internal orgasm!!
