    Women's Arousal & Turn On: What No One Taught Us

    Have you ever wondered if there was more science… more biology… behind the way you get turned on and how your body actually prepares for sex? In this episode, we explore exactly that. I’m opening the door into the physiology of women's arousal and some of the deeper reasons desire can feel incomplete, muted, or even blocked inside the body. Not around arousal. Not around pleasure. And definitely not around orgasm. And while that gap is unfortunate… it’s also what fueled my passion to study this work for years. Low-key? My drive to be a better mother played a role too (my daughter just turned 18, y’all ). I wanted to understand the woman's body... not just intellectually, but generationally. So beyond studying women’s sex education, orgasm, and arousal science… I’ve lived this journey personally. I was once a woman who felt little to nothing during sex. Disconnected. Numb. Present in body but not in sensation. But when I began learning how to open my pleasure capacity… Everything changed. That understanding became the key to becoming orgasmic through intercourse... even simple, connected intercourse. So this episode is me, as a woman and as a mother, sharing both my knowledge and my lived experience... so that other women can finally understand what it means to feel fully alive inside their bodies… And fully expressed inside of sex.     Understanding Men and Women’s Different Pleasure Experiences

    Men and women don’t experience pleasure the same way and that difference matters more than most people realize!! Like ACTUALLY!!!!
