    Musical Resilience - Episode 15

    Successful musical artists are able to host performances, be a part of concerts, and perform live on tours almost all times of the year. But how do they get to the point where they are comfortable with showcasing what they are singing? Perhaps music is a creative and unique way for these artists to display their resilience? We've discussed how resilience is strongly shaped by one's experience, and most of us can agree that artists enjoy writing songs about their feelings to convey emotions they may be experiencing at a given time.     Evaluating Spaghetti - Episode 10

    Curious to know what types of pasta I enjoy(in addition to spaghetti, of course)? Want a break from the resilience stories that we've been covering continuously? In this episode, I will be sharing some of my favorite sauces with spaghetti and other pastas that I enjoy. I will also discuss my favorite restaurants that serve spaghetti and pasta, and why I enjoy them. I will also be reflecting on The Spaghetti Podcast so far. We are about halfway through season 1, and making this podcast has helped me learn ways to become more flexible and open to change in real life.
