    MANAGING EMPLOYEE EXITS FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION

    Over a week ago, I spotted a post on Facebook that really caught my attention. it was that of a private school owner sending off her employee who was leaving her organization for another.  If you have been on social media lately, you'd understand that there is some kind of rancour between school owners and their employees.   Teachers walk away from their jobs without resigning properly.  Even when they do, the school owners frustrate their effort at a professional exit.    In this episode of Administration with Nancy, I have the owner of Gemseed Schools, Lagos Nigeria and a former employee of the school, Kelechi Azoro as they share the strategies that have led to such a professional exit.    Lota Ohagwasi shares about the best practices in her school for relating with the staff and parents.
