Great podcast with a “fresh” point of view. Her ideas resonate with me now late in my nursing career and she sparks excitement in me to continue my career and reenergize my plan and goals for the next decade. Thank you, Jennifer. Battling age discrimination gave me some good insights to change my own mindset and improve the package I present to potential employers. Her tweeks of my LinkedIn profile got me going in a more positive direction. Thank you !

Jennifer does an excellent job of highlighting how important it is to know and tell your own story. The primary context she discusses is presenting yourself in interview settings but her thoughts and guidance play in a much broader context and I'm a perfect example. I have been an entrepreneur for the past 15 years (no boss, no employees) and her points of discussion about the importance of knowing your values, who you are and how you can add value play a big role in any conversation. It just took a little deviant thinking for this session to play big. It is Spot On.
