    Krista explains the transcendent, rewarding practice of following God's Spirit (which can take a lifetime to master).  She gives a personal example: her inspiring story of applying to a Master of Public Health (MPH) program, the ups and downs of the process, and the nearly miraculous results!  Finally, she shares her take on Christ Consciousness.
