Alignment vs. Worth: Why Friendship & Relationship Breakups Aren't Proof You're Not Enough

Are you ready to stop earning your worth? Join us inside Dharma Dojo for August as we anchor into our theme: Enough. Click here to join us: https://www.thedharmadojo.com/join Whether it's the end of a romantic relationship, a friendship, or simply growing apart from someone you once loved, endings have a way of making us question our worth. But what if they were never about your worth in the first place?
In this episode, we explore the difference between alignment and worth, and why another person's ability to show up for you, choose you, or continue a relationship is not a reflection of your value. I share stories from my own healing journey and the full-circle moment that helped me realize many of the endings I once feared were actually guiding me toward relationships that were more aligned. Together, we'll explore: why breakups and friendship endings can feel so devastating how highly sensitive people often tie rejection to their self-worth the difference between rejection and redirection how to grieve a relationship without abandoning yourself and how building genuine self-worth changes the way we move through endings, loss, and change. Some relationships end because someone doesn't have the capacity to meet you where you are, not because you weren't enough. My hope is that this conversation helps you hold your heart a little more gently and reminds you that every ending is also an invitation to come home to yourself. The Lie That You’re Not Enough

Are you ready to stop earning your worth? Join us inside Dharma Dojo for August as we anchor into our theme: Enough. Click here to join us: https://www.thedharmadojo.com/join  From the moment we're born, we're taught to compare, compete, rank, and measure ourselves. We learn that our grades, achievements, appearance, productivity, income, and success somehow determine our worth. Over time, that voice becomes our own and we begin to believe we're never quite enough. In this episode, we explore one of the deepest conditionings of Western culture: the belief that our value has to be earned. We'll examine how living from competition and lack quietly shapes our relationships, nervous systems, creativity, and ability to receive abundance. I'll also share parts of my own journey with perfectionism and how constantly striving to be "better" kept me disconnected from the very things I loved most. Together, we'll question the story that tells us we have to prove ourselves and explore what becomes possible when we stop measuring our worth. Perhaps abundance, confidence, joy, and authentic success are what naturally emerge when we remember that we've been enough all along. If you're craving deeper support, join Dharma Dojo - a place where deep feelers practice the art of healing and authentic living together. Staying With Yourself in a World That Pulls You Away

What does it really mean to stay with yourself? Most of us weren't taught how. Instead, we learned to disconnect from our bodies, silence our intuition, people-please, overthink, overwork, perform, and shape ourselves around the expectations of others. Over time, we begin to mistake those protective patterns for who we are. In this episode, we explore what it truly means to stay with yourself, why this practice has become the heart of Dharma Dojo, and how healing begins by bringing awareness to the unconscious ways we leave ourselves. Together, we'll explore how conditioning shapes our lives, how to reconnect with your body's wisdom and inner voice, and why the path to authentic living is actually about uncovering who you've been all along. Whether you're navigating relationships, work, purpose, anxiety, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't have to force your healing. You simply have to keep practicing coming home to yourself. If you're craving deeper support, join Dharma Dojo - a place where deep feelers practice the art of healing and authentic living together. How I Healed My PMS & PMDD

For years, I struggled with what I now believe were symptoms that closely aligned with PMDD. Although I was never formally diagnosed, my monthly mood swings, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and physical symptoms deeply affected my life. Today, those symptoms have improved dramatically and in this episode, I share the healing journey that made all the difference. This wasn’t the result of one magical supplement, medication, or technique. It was the culmination of learning to deeply listen to my body, regulate my nervous system, nourish myself, process emotions, and cultivate a healthier relationship with stress, rest, and my cycle. In this episode, we explore: my personal journey with PMS and PMDD the biggest shifts that supported my healing the role of nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing how I learned to work with my body instead of against it why I believe our bodies are constantly communicating with us and how listening to that wisdom transformed far more than just my cycle. Whether you experience mild PMS, severe PMDD, or simply want to feel more connected to your body, I hope this conversation reminds you that healing is possible and that your body may be far wiser than you’ve been taught to believe. How to Love Others Without Abandoning Yourself

In this episode, we explore the subtle habit of self-abandonment, why our nervous system is often drawn toward what’s familiar, and how our subconscious beliefs quietly shape the relationships, opportunities, and patterns we experience in life. I share personal stories from my own healing journey, from family and romantic relationships, and how learning to stay with myself has transformed not only my life, but my relationships as well. Together we’ll explore: the difference between caring and caretaking why people-pleasing becomes an unconscious habit how to love others without abandoning yourself why your life often reflects your subconscious beliefs and patterns and how boundaries can become one of the most loving things you do - for yourself and for the people around you. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering how to stay with yourself, even when life asks you not to. If you’re craving deeper support, you can join Dharma Dojo anytime. Our theme this month is Stay With Yourself - a practice of learning to remain connected to yourself through life’s challenges, relationships, emotions, and everyday moments. The Real Reason Pleasure Feels So Hard

Pleasure is often talked about as something we need more of, but what if the real challenge is the amount of responsibility we’re carrying? In this episode, we explore how pressure, people-pleasing, over-responsibility, and the constant need to manage life can quietly disconnect us from joy, play, rest, and aliveness. I share reflections from my own journey and how learning to put down what was never mine to carry has opened the door to more pleasure, creativity, freedom, and presence. We also explore: why pleasure often feels easier in childhood emotional labor and carrying other people’s experiences how high achievers and sensitive souls often lose touch with pleasure the difference between healthy responsibility and over-responsibility and how reclaiming pleasure begins with coming back to yourself If you’ve ever struggled to relax, enjoy the moment, or feel blocked around doing things you love, this episode is for you. If you’re craving deeper support, you can join Dharma Dojo anytime. Our theme this month is Pleasure - a space to reconnect with joy, aliveness, play, and the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath responsibility and survival. What Psychic Readings Really Are (and Why They Can Be So Healing)

Psychic readings are often misunderstood, either overly sensationalized or dismissed entirely. But what if psychic ability is actually something deeply human? In this episode, we explore what psychic readings really are, why intuition and energetic awareness are more natural than we’ve been taught to believe, and how ethical psychic work can be surprisingly grounding and healing. I share my own journey and professional training in psychic and energy work, how it helped me become more grounded and discerning, and why I believe intuition is not about predicting the future with certainty, but about deepening your relationship with yourself, energy, and life itself. We also dive into: why psychic work has garnered distrust over the years the importance of ethics and sovereignty in intuitive work how we already “read” energy every day through gut feelings, emotions, and nervous system awareness the connection between psychic ability and energy healing and what a reading with me is actually like This episode is an invitation to take the “woo” out of psychic work and approach intuition from a more grounded, empowering, and human perspective. If you’re craving deeper support, you can join the Dharma Dojo membership anytime. Our theme this month is Connection - a space to reconnect with yourself, practice being fully present, and explore what it means to be in relationship with your life in a more grounded, authentic way.
