Justin is leading conversation with mindful honor. You hear the care and respect within each conversation and know there is wisdom and magic here. Justin also offers talks and meditation sits which are a bonus for any meditator - rookie or Jedi knight level. Tune in.
Not your average pillow sitter ;)
I say pillow-sitter all in good fun, but the host Justin is a lot more than that anyway. On top of insights into meditation and Buddhism, he’s got a lot of wild experience that he’s not ashamed to draw from. Definitely didn’t spend his life in a monastery, and to me that’s what makes this show so great. A working blend of opposites!
