Every company you'll try to change has an immune system: forms, committees, sunk cost, and a fear reflex older than the org chart.     Every line of code on earth has an expiration date. You just can't read yours yet. The rewrite is coming whether you're ready or not — and when anyone can generate competent, the only currency left is the human fingerprint. This episode gives you two ways to measure that: the Extinction Rate (R_ext), how fast generic work dies, and the Authenticity Half-Life (A_hl), how long your output stays yours before it's replicable. The story: the Graveyard of dead SaaS on Peachtree, where GHOST flickers in for the first time with the line that runs through the whole course — "They didn't die because they were bad.     The enterprise isn't a sales problem. It's a physics problem. Inertia has an equation, and so does fear. Stuck initiatives aren't a mood — they're forces you can measure. This episode hands you five of them: Vendor Gravity (F_g), the Entropy Tax (E_tax), Legacy Friction (μ_leg), the Tech-Debt Compound Rate (D_comp), and Consensus Paralysis (F_cp). Then the fix: the Vitamin / Painkiller / Tourniquet hierarchy — sell only tourniquets. The story: ZERO tries the front door, fills 47 forms, and PRISM auto-rejects her.     Say "transform" and watch the amygdala fire. Say "refinance" and watch the shoulders drop. Same idea. Different survival. When the feed fills with infinite soulless AI content, the 0.01% with a human fingerprint is the whole game — that's Curator Value (V_curator) and the Authenticity Token (T_authentic). Then the immune system: the Risk Tax (RT) and Decision Fatigue (DF) that decide whether a "yes" ever comes.     The Portrait of Dorian App

    The product stays beautiful. The portrait in the server room rots. And the beauty is a prerequisite for the ugliness. This is the moral core of the course — the Dorian Gray metaphor made literal. Two numbers carry it: the Dorian Gray Index (D_gray), how far your product's face has drifted from its engine, and Soul-Cost (S_soul), what building the wrong thing costs the person building it. Then the fix: the Ethical Sidecar. The story: a flashback to six months before the Prologue, the MirrorMatch war room, an A/B test where manufactured scarcity beats the honest notification by 23% — and ZERO watching the user-research videos where the suffering is real.     Architecture as Camouflage

    You don't beat the immune system. You make it think it designed you. Module II opens the protocol. The lesson is camouflage, not combat: the Reversibility Ratio (R_r) — your kill switch, the thing that makes a scared architect say yes — and the Strangler Fig pattern that grows your system inside theirs one root at a time. The story: a diner on Ponce, 11 PM, where BISHOP relabels ZERO's architecture in boring ARB vocabulary. "AI Inference Layer" becomes "Data Validation Service." Not a line of code changes. "Make them think they designed it." Field assignment: Rename one scary component into ARB-boring language without changing a line of code.     The Art of the Wedge

    Don't storm the fortress. Find the one wall that's already bleeding, and ship an ugly plugin into the crack. The wedge is how you get in before anyone can stop you — measured as Wedge Velocity (V_w): how fast a small, ugly tool proves value where the pain is loudest. Start where it's already bleeding, and bill it to budget dust so procurement never wakes up. The story: ZERO watches Sarah Chen's team burn 2.5 of 3.5 hours copy-pasting a report by hand. She ships an ugly Excel plugin. Sarah leaves at 5:15 for the first time in two years. The wedge is planted, and IT never sees it. This episode gives you two gauges: the Good-Trouble quotient (GT) and the Insurgent Index (I_insurgent), the difference between reckless and effective disobedience. The story is BISHOP's origin. Three years ago, Keisha Williams — 24, junior dev — got fired for a working $2M tool she built without ARB approval. That night BISHOP read 247 pages of policy, found 23 loopholes, and has spent three years using every one. His badge hangs crooked ever since.
