    What is the difference between dimensional realities? We loosely hypothesise what time and space means and how you can use that knowledge in breaking your perceptions to level up. We talk about how to use different forms of meditation - stillness vs awareness vs ecstatic dance to break feedback loops, reprogramming your mental process and as an anxiety tool. We also explore holding different masks up in society and how being authentic can help bring you back to your core identity.
