As millennial women, we have a unique opportunity to break the cycle of negative intergenerational relationships (read: ageism from our own) and create a more inclusive workplace for the generations to come. As we begin our holiday PTO, making plans to circle back in the new year - Millennial girlies, let's set our intentions to support our younger colleagues and women in the workplace.
