Kristy Calabro is a journalist and documentarian whose innate curiosity led her to photography at an early age. She began with music photography and later expanded to capturing street discoveries. For over 13 years, Kristy has been documenting public art, which eventually led her to work with the online magazine, Sold. There, she wrote over 25 articles featuring renowned artists such as Banksy, Lady Pink, Tatyana Fazlalizadeh, and Henry Chalfant, as well as covering art exhibits. Through Sold, Kristy also developed a video series with artists and participated in numerous podcasts. She has interviewed Devon Rodriguez, John Ahearn, Al Diaz, Mark Bodē, John "Crash" Matos, Chris "Daze" Ellis, Mr. Kaves, Chris RWK, and Lecrue Eyebrows. Kristy contributes to Street Art NYC, curates, and is working on a passion project called "MARK." The episodic online show will explore the various ways creatives leave their mark and impact the world. She loves to help artists achieve their goals and is always looking for new ways to support this beautiful art community in any way she can.
