Great source of education and perspective
I really enjoyed listening to your podcast. I believe my favorite episode so far is “People set boundaries because they care”. One point that I was very helpful when you mentioned that setting boundaries isn’t selfish. We set boundaries to teach people how to treat us because we care. Sometimes I find it is difficult to set those boundaries in place for those that we care about. I’m learning to set those boundaries and not feel bad about doing so because I’m protecting myself and how I respond emotionally. Thank you again for sharing great information! I look forward to listening to more of your podcasts. -TDB
