Hello Biddies and welcome to the Season 3 finale of the podcast and we are switching things up a bit by publishing one of my Patreon solo bonus episodes publicly as my gift to you for the holiday season!  I'm tackling a very important topic that I feel affects a lot of people, especially those in the creative field, burnout.  I published this episode on the Patreon back in September when I was coming off a very serious battle with burnout and medical fatigue, and I wanted to share some of the things that helped get me through it.  I'm also offering an extended intro with some more context into my current mental health state in hopes that those also going through something know that they're not alone and that we're in this together.  So for my patrons who have already listened to this episode, you will also have some new updates on what's been going on with me.
