Our Senior Pastor, Clay Smith, and Executive Pastor of Disciplemaking, Adrian Coetzer, talk about the things we are doing as a church to create a disciplemaking culture.  We also discuss how our disciplemakers can contribute to the culture of our church as we grow.

Steve Allen has been working as a disciplemaker and church planter for the North American Mission Board in New York City for over 20 years.  In a city with incredible diversity and a busy pace of life, we discuss the importance of engaging others with curiosity and building bridges of trust into genuine relationships .

Disciplemaking is a long term endeavor so we have to be intentional about how we refill our own cup as we pour out that cup into the lives of others.  Abiding may be a foreign word or even a missing component in your life, but Bradley Bell from Upstream Collective discusses how vital abiding in Christ is for disciplemaking.
