The DISDads Podcast is BACK. Host Aaron Rittmaster returns with weekly co-hosts Willie Crocker and Tim Hicks. We'll be joined periodically by the usual rogues gallery from the DISDads online fan community.
2020 Holiday Season at Walt Disney World
Aaron, Willie and Tim talk about the upcoming holiday seasons at Walt Disney World. We share the information that has already been released (no MNSSHP or MVMCP, extended Food & Wine offerings and special entertainment at Epcot, etc.), as well as speculating about some things for which we haven't seen official announcements yet.
Holiday crowds will be much lower than usual this year, due to capacity controls. If you're comfortable traveling with your family toward the end of this year, the experience available at Walt Disney World will be unlike any you've ever experienced before (and any you're likely to experience in the future)!
DAD Show: "This is where it gets to be my fault." - Bob Chavez
Host Aaron Rittmaster and co-hosts Willie Crocker and Tim Hicks are joined by Bob Chavez for a DAD Show episode - our first trip report show about a post-reopening Walt Disney World vacation for the whole family. Bob talks about long drives to Walt Disney World, COVID-19 protocols, Disney's Pop Century Resort, Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and how parents sometimes have a meltdown in the parks too.
Celebrating Walt Disney World's Anniversary
Aaron, Tim and Willie talk about Walt Disney World's history of milestone anniversary celebrations. Then we turn to Walt Disney World's upcoming Golden Anniversary, and speculate about what celebrating WDW's 50th might look like (or at least what we'd like it to look like).
Back to Walt Disney World with Brian Cassidy
Special Guest Brian Cassidy visits the Mancave to talk about returning to Walt Disney World. Aaron, Willie and Tim take a deep dive with Brian. We got the low down on his experience with the new health and safety policies, as well as his review of the extended Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
WDW Planning for Large Groups
This week, host Aaron Rittmaster and co-hosts Tim Hicks and Willie Crocker turn their attention to managing travel at Walt Disney World for larger groups. As travel professionals, we've noticed several issues related to Walt Disney World group travel, in particular, that may be getting in the way of guests having the best possible WDW experience when traveling with larger groups. We've also noticed that there seem to be more people talking about taking extended family trips or friends & family group trips to Walt Disney World, as they get comfortable with traveling again.
We offer our thoughts regarding special considerations for everything from extended family groups or 3 or 4 rooms, mid-size groups of 10-20 rooms, and large groups that may need even more.

Dis "Dads" is more about the kids and family than "male bonding" so adjust expectations accordingly. Some diverse topics and interesting discussions from Aaron and the rotating set of panelists.
I’m a dad, I love Disney…Why not!?!?
I have been listening for years now. Discovered some overlap with some DisDads in other Podcasts. This one, particularly, is well structured, sticks to the subject and has great sponsors. I have discovered that other podcasts are slightly more forum oriented. On their webpage the header states “Going off topic since 2007”. I have been a listener since but Aaron shortchanged the cast with that statement. Keep it up, Brethren!
A Fresh Take on WDW
Stumbled upon this show after looking for other WDW podcasts since I was getting tired of hearing the same subject matter over and over again. While I love listening to WDW podcasts during my runs, the Dad's perspective on my favorite place on Earth gives this podcast a different slant. As a new father, it has helped me to think about how much my family's vacationing will change, but also has me looking forward to seeing WDW through my daughter's eyes for the first time. A thoroughly enjoyable podcast!
