Angelica Pizzonia ,

YOU ARE AWESOME!

Dina is such an amazing Host! From her sweet and happy voice to her knowledge on Nutrition , she is the one to listen to! I have actually worked with Dina at a high risk OBGYN office and the patients loved her.. as well as the staff! 😊 She is not basing her knowledge on one flow of things. She really takes into account patients daily lives and stress and customizes strategies and plans that will best fit them so they can meet their health goals! She herself is human too and understands that not everyone is the same. She really takes the time to get to know you and build a plan that fits best for you! I’ve came to her for help with a plan that works for me and felt a big difference🥰🥰
I ADORE YOU , DINA! ❤️

Learning through interesting conversations

Dina is an amazing host, and the guests curated on this show have such an extensive wealth of knowledge across health and wellness. The format feels like a conversation with a friend at lunch while the questions bring you to a new level of interest and understanding of the topics presented. I loved being one of the first guests in 2020 and I’ve been listening ever since!
