S8E5 - New Slaves by Kanye West

Rediscovered my love for rap!

I dabble in rap now with Kendrick, J Cole, NAS, and a few others. I kind of thought the genre was dead for the most part, but Dissect has made me fall in love with rap music again. It helps understand what is a great art when there’s an abundance of information pulled into a four minute song! I can’t wait to burn through the new season!

A podcast most pleasing

This podcast offers a spectacular breakdown of some of the best albums ever put out. I started listening with the Lemonade dissection and through the Frank Ocean albums I’ve just been consistently pleased by the well thought out analyzation of each song. Thank you for all of your hard work in creating this!
