    proactive positivity protection

    I have a new perspective on incoming energetic projections: Making the effort (or, rather build into the routine) to project positivity by doing something for yourself, before committing a random act of kindness towards others, simply means you're emanating the good stuff outward with mindful, but easy-lift, energy for everyone's benefit.     see others as you, flip the role

    In my view, the basic form of telepathy is, actually, empathy. When you see yourself through the eyes of whomever is in your energy, you are using your internal sight. It's the read-only version of a spiritual tool I have, so we all have access to it to use, but have been told (at one point in life) that there's no such thing. Um. . .yeah, that's a lie.     call 'em out, then have a cuppa

    Acknowledging receiving those energies that make you feel 'off' as not local to you, is seeing the energy manipulators as the spiritual trespassers they are. Calling them out as seen often feels, at first, weird, so show yourself a little extra love when making yourself your favorite hot beverage, then make more to share with others in that loving way. Doing so, builds a bubble of positivity for us all to enjoy in peace and calm. You'll. then, see those attacks coming at ya from a mile away to better prepare.     growth happens when routines are purged

    All those micro-routines in my life, such as making coffee, getting dressed, et al, that get upended due to an equipment malfunction (for example), is the sign to let that routine purge itself out of my life. Then, find an improved routine that best serves me now. It can be a chaotic jolt, but it's really the universe guiding me to grow (whether I want to or not).     the intern is not in charge

    Sometimes, the incoming energetic projections I read are those without much experience, despite having read all the instructions. You know, an intern - an energy ready to please and use all their tools, but should be under the wing of a watchful, experienced one, to help the intern bind their knowledge with experience. In my spiritual realm, the martini-fueled kitchen witches believe the grimoire they're using for their rituals is intact (it's not), and have no idea of the heaviness of the negative energies they've conjured, with absolutely no clue how to handle 'safely'.
