    In this episode, we delve into the question, 'What is Spirituality?'  This thought-provoking topic is often met with a wide array of perspectives, and as you know at Erah, we aim to challenge conventional commentary and push the boundaries of understanding. There are a lot of popular interpretations of spirituality that have shaped our societal and individual beliefs. The majority of our actions, conscious & unconscious, are in some way influenced by religious, philosophical, or traumatic worldviews. we may just be able to break through to the 'universal love' so many wisdom teachers of the past have spoken about.  Throughout this contemplation, continue to stay open to what wants to be shared with you.
