Maximum Security Prison Anxiety Attack

This may be a hard truth to swallow, but the reality is, you have to take care of yourself first. The challenging part is trusting your truth and not folding to satsify others wants and needs. Putting yourself first is a practice. And in this episode we talk about it's importance. Breaking the chains of co-dependency is the same as breaking down victimhood consciousness.
