I reflect on the overwhelming experience of packing my things, the bittersweet moments of saying goodbye to a space I once called home, and the heartbreak of holding my dog for the last time. It was a day full of unexpected emotions, raw vulnerability, and learning how to let go. Whether you've gone through a similar transition or just need a place to feel seen/heard, this episode is for you. Join me as I unpack the tears, the lessons, and the healing process. It was embarrassing for me, knocking on neighbors doors asking to see their ring cameras...I'm not saying she did have someone in our home, I'm not saying she didn't either, but we'll explore how the emotional toll of living in suspicion can shred the relationship. Also, there is a sense of clarity that comes when you can no longer deny the truth. We also discuss how sharing our stories doesn’t have to harm the other person, but can instead be a way to heal and move forward...intentions..
