This episode focused on the ripple effects of how touching just one life can cascade out and touch hundreds if not thousands more. Focusing on the story of a letter sent by Samila, a young girl from a village in Afghanistan that sent a letter to a U.S. Soldier named "Buzz". This also touches on the PTSD that many people suffer from and just how crippling it can be.
