Disgusting! I'm sick of all this greed It's a lustful compulsion, for which there's no need! Take heed I'm planting clues like seeds While they argue over bathroom use... I'm chillin smokin weed!! Common nonsense everybody disengage afraid watch what you post to your page.. All apologies, all the worlds a stage, the crowd's outraged Your two cents too often's offensive hey.. ok? but who the f**k cares anyway... Here's a tip on this matter... your opinions don't matter America has been defected by people obsessed with political correctness Propagandized lies disguised as information that you get from publications that you buy! I wasn't asked how I identify Now I'm getting hated on because I'm a straight white guy?? WHY? The struggles the same Cuz we're all economically and spiritually drained Ritualistically trained--indoctrinated and tamed Irresponsible!! We beg forgiveness but never change! I'm ashamed we entertain these fallacies No wonder we haven't been visited by distant galaxies Here's an excuse to constrict your word use today We'll say that the truth is simply not okay you need to tone it down so slightly sugarcoat it so nicely slick language dishonest to those who see your speech is no longer free The fascists are at it my friend calling it manners again nowadays its all common nonsense you used to only need a safe space for bomb threats! It's not hard if you're following the plot line Next you'll be getting locked up for thought crime! But hey its great, just watch the news at eight and PLEASE take another picture of yourself for their database social media! we found the prison  trapped in between mathematical algorithms We're too divisive we need to stop it! that combative mentality is all too toxic bout to pack up and hit the tropics leave common nonsense to comments on trending topics.. euphemisms are dangerous lies to tell ourselves cant weather the the weather well We believe it completely now we're mean so discreetly the umbrella consoles you protects your feels but its so damn insincere Certain words you can't let through Lest the PC Police come to get you...     This episode is about self-care and a couple of things that I have been doing to take care of myself. Drinking more water, doing yoga, exercising, massage, and acupuncture. I also dive a little deeper into my recent float tank experiences. Stop pouring from an empty cup and take care of yourself so you can take care of the people that you love.     Trying out the new mic and back after a little hiatus from being sick. In this episode, we dig into the topic of patience. Something that we all could use some more of. I reflect on a few different scenarios and talk a little bit about my experience with a sensory deprivation tank. More to come on that in future episodes.
