    Join us for a day trip to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic to see the last day of Carnival (or Carnaval in Spanish) 2026! Our tour guide, Marcos, takes us to a number of spots in Puerto Plata, including a cigar factory, a chocolate shop, Pink Street, Umbrella Street, and concluding at el Malecón to watch the parade. Marcos provides the Palabra del Día. Also a gorilla dances for beer...you'll see. We love tips!     Join us for a day trip to Cabrera with some friends! We stop along the way for some photo ops, attempt to get breakfast at a beautiful spot, succeed in getting lunch at another spot, and nearly blow out our eardrums and mic with some local music. Of course there is a new Palabra del Dia for Kris, and some Plátano Power.
